“Thrive by Five” Report
On April 14th, the National Public Radio channel in Syracuse (WAER - 88.3) covered the release of the Onondaga Citizens League report, entitled “Thrive by Five.” The report emphasizes the need to meet the developmental needs of children birth to age five. The report cites the work of the ECAC and highlights QUALITYstarsNY as an important strategy for ensuring that children birth to five receive high-quality early childhood education.
